Beautiful Perry,Thank you!ELF wrote:I read the news about Stacy and I felt compelled to write something for his friends and loved ones. I can't claim to know Stacy as well as you all did, but I went on his facebook to know more about him, and I can tell you all I wish I could have spent a while with him and his friends in the hallway- backstage, and traded grins and dream clouds. I didn't know his full life, but for the pictures on his site, but I could see he was a man who loved the good times- the camera caught the eyes of a mischief maker. I could sense he was a good friend to you all and if you had shared some lucky history together you were never forgotten; and you were always welcome back in. If anyone out there can recall if Stacy and I had ever met; I would love to hear about it- because I really wish I had met him; and it would make me happy to know there was a "Moment when I was with Stacy..."

Anyone who knew Stacy Fleeman--even in passing--was aware that he was an enormous Jane's Addiction fan. As best we can tell, a poster on the forum of perry-farrell.net who's believed to be the Jane's Addiction singer has left a comment in remembrance of one of his biggest fans. The post was made under the user name Elf, a login acknowledged by other forum members as legitimate. Here's what he had to say:

It meant a lot to all of Stacy's friends and family that Perry did this because we all know Perry meant the world to him. AJ read it at Stacy's memorial tonight. Stacy met Perry 4 times. Thanks for posting this.
