These ones Johnson say about the third Pyros on his website, no?Thomas “TJ” Johnson is an American audio engineer, producer, and musician. He is best known for his work with Porno for Pyros and Rancid. Johnson has been an active professional in the industry since 1981, and trained at the Recording Workshop in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Johnson's involvement with Porno for Pyros began during the recording of their second album, Good God's Urge, on which Johnson engineered, co-produced, and played. Following the album's release, Johnson toured with Porno for Pyros from 1995 until the spring of 1997, providing samples, playing keyboards, and singing backing vocals. During that time, Johnson also recorded new tracks for what should have been Porno for Pyros's third album, which were instead released on Perry Farrell’s solo effort Song Yet to Be Sung and Jane's Addiction’s Kettle Whistle.

My view is Porno For Pyros 3rd at the time frame Thomas stated equals a gold record minimum 500,000 copies based on the success of Hard Charger and the 2 cd's.During that time, Johnson also recorded new tracks for what should have been Porno for Pyros's third album, which were instead released on Perry Farrell’s solo effort Song Yet to Be Sung and Jane's Addiction’s Kettle Whistle.

I was the engineer on this track. It was tracked and mixed at G-Son Studios in Atwater Village. The Beastie Boys Studio.
Can you say more about this one? you were happy with the mix? Pyros good to work with were they, no? My name is Thomas TJ Johnson. I was a member of P4P 1995 to Spring 1997. Great times with great people.
The track was recorded and mix in a few days. I believe it was a Neotek Console, Otari 24 track recorder.
Perry Farrell Vox
Stephen Perkins Drums
Peter DiStefano Guitar
Mike Watt Bass
Mark Nishita Keys
Thomas Johnson Samples
My pitch is for you, Matt Hyde, the guys from PornoP meet up. Farrell on vox if he is willing if not someone else. You guys arent getting any younger. Show off your chops. Time to do something and have it count while you still can.
To get Porno Pyros to sound right u need Matt Hyde.
I want the 90's sound back with Perrys voice prime. Like his voice duplicated on the records from the day.
