Better tour date filtering

Previously, the filter form at the bottom of the show list page gave you all theoretically possible options - including options that would never turn up any results (ex: Jane's Addiction dates w/ the show type of a "DJ Set")

I've tweaked the pages so it will not only provide filtering options of show type, confirmation & recording options that will have results.

It may just make better sense to show this visually

notice the options that wouldn't show anything at all have disappeared.

I may do that w/ the other filtering options as well. I guess I'm feeling nerdy today
