I seem to remember that the host said that Perry would be playing at Lollapalooza "with some special guests". That's about it as far as "breaking news" goes.

That said, I Can Call You Mine is starting to come together. It still has a lot more work to go before it's there.. but it has some potential.

I wish I could say that for The Way With Me. Perry still sounds like he's feeling his way through it. I thought it was a surprising choice to play on national TV. But I do give him a lot of credit for not relying on Jane Says.

I don't mind the songs and I'm a Perry fan to the end... I also have nothing against Etty. BUT... come on, is this the best we can / should expect? I'm losing the musical love here!

First, Beck started going all boring on me, now I don't get goosebumps seeing Perry do his stuff... sad times!

Dont loose the love!

I feel like Perrys just making some music and making love to his wife. It looks like a magical relationship too me.
I think theres alot to the musical business I dont understand, but mabey he has obligations to managers and people to do gigs.Idk.

I guess what im trying to say is mabey hes filling the time waiting till its time for something bigger.I have hope and faith in Perry!

As for the new songs I like em

and they are growing on me.I caught the re-run of the show today.now me and my 4 yr old have them stuck in our heads singing them all night lol
I think Etty did a Great job!!! She sounded really cool when she was singing/talking.
Perry looks really loving, supportive and mature towards Etty. He adores her.

he can enjoy his life anyway he wants as long as hes happy with it.

I like these songs. A lot of people don't though. I really hope Perery tours with Eric and Janes this fall and puts a new sp record out in the winter.
