Here's the ticketing info. The event itself does not list Perry, but it does have TBAs noted. It looks like a dance night thing.

And just as the show sold out over the weekend, Hard founder Gary Richards added a few more names to the already overflowing concert. Ed Banger Records' Sebastian, 2manydjs, Perry Farrell and Zuper Blaqh will all perform DJ sets at the massive event at the Shrine Auditorium. Tickets are already going for well above face value on Craigslist.
