It appears we’ve had the venue wrong for this show ever since we found it. We had based the venue name on the flyers we had available for this show. However upon further review of the LA Weekly archives the correct venue for this date is Meltdown in the Park Plaza Hotel.
In addition if you look at the list of upcoming shows on this newsletter dated April 14, 1986 you will see that they referred to the venue as Meltdown for the scheduled May 9 show.
