You'd think Perry would have learned not to do that shit by '90.
He was smashing his face on venue floors back in the Psi-Com days.

Perkana came across the date posted on setlistfm today. They have the date as 6/29/90

Pretty cool. I don't think that's enough to "confirm" it for sure, but at least we can get the "XX" question marks outta there finally. :)

That version of Summertime Rolls however, is not from that Mexico show.. it's from Spain 4/7/91.. a common mixup due to Perry's hilarious spanglish banter.

I don't know anybody who went to that show, but according to the date it was a Friday and usually gigs happened during weekends around that time. Guess that's the closest we will ever get

I don't believe thats a correct set list. Here's why. In the begining of Gift when they play "Stop", Perry has all his clothes on including his jacket, and he is not perspiring at all. This makes me believe "Stop" was played within the first three songs or so of this night.

They have this set list as "Stop" being the second to the last song played. Perry would have had his shirt/jacket off by that time, and he would have been really sweaty by then as well

I went ahead and tweaked the subject of this topic. I think Gavin already took care of the show info page.

Hopefully someday we'll get something more concrete date wise.

It only took years but we finally have a date!
Very cool to see this info turn up and huge thanks to all involved.

Perkana, extra huge thanks to you!
I remember you trying to help figure this one out several years back and to be honest I didn't think we'd ever get it.

Now if only a ticket stub or something would turn up to prove it.
