If Capitol likes it (sees dollar signs), they can choose to put it out. If not, maybe they'll drop the band leaving them free to sign with another label or whatever. Hey, I know its not likely because jane's seem to sell reasonably well.. But record companies do that AAALLLLLL the fucking time. Do u seriously not belive this happens? in a fucked up example, the singer from Happy Mondays has not earned a penny from his music in about 20 years because of contractual bullshit like this. This goes on everyday. This is happening to bands right now...
