He has better things to do Like I said before, Perry doesn't give a rats ass about Porno For Pyros. Perkins doesn't either. Perry just does this at Lolla as a favor to P.DiStefano who he sent to the unemployment line back in 1997. Probably feels sorry for him.

I know, I spent about 15 mins this morning trying to write a response but I as well didn't even know where to begin..because it is all so far from the truth and was a harsh and hurtful post.

I stand by my statement. No matter what Perry says publicly, his actions speak louder than words. Have you seen a Porno For Pyros full concert since the late 1990's? His 50th birthday doesn't count. I rest my case.

This topic was discussed many times on Xiola and always seemed to be lumped in as one of the reasons why people wound up disliking Perry so much, myself included. He, and the rest of Jane's, took the cash grab in '97 and never looked back.

The songs are written and the album is possibly mostly recorded, according to what I remember from Pete.
Hydro says she has heard most of the songs that Pete played and sang to her over the phone.
In the end, songs or even a whole album of songs from 15 years won't ever get finished and surely will never have the same spirit or emotions in them as they were written.

It's a lost cause.

He can do it! He can preserve sound and feeling same way it was create back then. I know he and Peter Distefano and Mike Watt can do it right.
