1988.10.29 - Tower Theater, Upper Darby, PA

Post by Mike »

It seems highly unlikely that this show actually took place seeing as Jane’s were playing in New York at The World on this date. I found this listing saying they opened for Iggy on this date and figured I’d share it.

Also on the bill for this date were The Dead Milkmen.

This listing comes from The Daily Journal dated October 27, 1988

Interesting - it's a 2hr drive door-to-door. It would have had to of been a really late show in NYC. No way the Dead Milkmen would perform after Jane's. This was prior to them releasing Punk Rock Girl, which was arguably their peak in popularity. Even then, I cannot imagine them not being the first act in such a scenario.

The whole Fall 88 tour w/ Iggy & The Ramones is a bit of a mess w/ the two swapping dates :banghead:

I added this one as "disputed"
