Ya beat me to the punch.

Carl Restivo

Born in California, raised in New Jersey and now based in New York City, Carl Restivo is one of the most sought after young artists on the music scene today. Restivo's writing and playing skills have landed him important engagements in both the rock and hip-hop worlds. His contributions to Wyclef Jean's critically acclaimed album The Preachers Son included co-writing and featured artist appearance on the song "Linda." Of late Restivo has been in the studio producing (as Mr. Wizard) and co-writing tracks for Patricia Bernetti, the new songstress under Steve Rifkin's Label SRC, as well as Meleni Smith, a new artist on Columbia Records. He also co-produced the rock remix of "Gimme What You Got" for rapper Kurupt featuring Xzibit. Last summer, Carl joined his childhood guitar idol Nuno Bettencourt on a tour of Europe playing bass for Extreme, and co-wrote 3 songs with them. Restivo is also the lead vocalist/guitarist, songwriter and producer of Klick, his ground breaking original band.

I wish Tony could've stayed.
So now Satellite Party is Population One (Nuno Bettencourt,Kevin Figueiredo
Steve Ferlazzo and Carl Restivo) with Perry Farrell on vocals....

I gotta agree with you Stickyfingers. It's almost as if Perry joined Extreme and Steve Isaacs joined Jane's. I know it'll blow TPC out of the water though. I have high expectations.
