Hey, I know its not likely because jane's seem to sell reasonably well.. But record companies do that AAALLLLLL the fucking time. Do u seriously not belive this happens? in a fucked up example, the singer from Happy Mondays has not earned a penny from his music in about 20 years because of contractual bullshit like this. This goes on everyday. This is happening to bands right now...
