I always felt (while supportive) that Perry in the past aligned himself with lackluster DJ's and Electro sounds in general.

I really hope this isn't the Kind Heaven project stuff Perry is talking about...This song by Cole Plante sounds like a weekend project, not something that would require a two year JA hiatus!

Cole is new on my Radar. But for 17 the kid is VERY talented. That trap drop at 2:09 is up there with the best in the business.
The kid is good.
and I agree with you , I dont think this is Kind Heaven.
