I saw Etty a few weeks ago at a bar. I talked to her about the album. She said that it was going to be turned into the record company in two weeks (I guess that means it is in their hands now) and she said that it would be March at the latest for release...
I don't know if you guys consider that "credible" information, but thats what I got for you...

Thanks LizardWiz.
It's been a long time since I've been this excited waiting for a new release.
March can't get here quick enough as far as I'm concerned.

SIX MONTHS!? Surely that's not true.
Half a year of sitting on a finished album?
I thought it was like two or three.

i think it's usually 3 months or so, but it all depends on what needs to be done.
and record companies have "timing issues" when it comes to the release of an album. perry's gonna need to tour after it comes out and likely right before, so he's gotta be ready for that, as well as his backing band.
the only thing that worries me, which that much time between it's release, perry will want to change something

Satellite Party, presented as new Perry's band,is basically now the second Perry solo album, with Nuno's band supporting on live concerts and others guest on the album.
I remember happened the same with Gobalee project, which ended with his first solo album.
I dont know if all this delay is due to the band live line-up issue,
but SP official site got two months without updates and without new songs on radio or web, videos, updates,or whateva, only old jane's fans seems to show interest about this new project.
