I really liked Perry's solo record when it came out. I was lucky to see one of the few shows he did at the Palace in Hollywood. I really liked his band and the whole stage set up, kinda like a Porno for Pyros vibe. I wish he would just make another solo record like that again. I guess Satellite Party is an extension of that. I do like Satellite Party too, but in concert, i just don't like he does Janes songs with one satellite party song, just sounds lame if you ask me. Those Janes songs should be left untouched unless all four Janes members are playing them. I WILL always love Porno for Pyros and i really wish they would do a couple of shows-thats what i am holding out for. Janes is dead!!! Polar Bear was awesome and i was lucky to have gone to almost every single show here in LA-they got me through college. I turned a lot of my friends on to them. Help Wanted was on of the best records in the last 5 years-period!!!

The band for the Perry/Jubilee solo shows was miming to a backing track. However, Perry was singing live.
