Re: Dark Matter
Do you guys ever come to the chatroom during DM? It would be nice to have a few more normal JA/Dave fans to chat with...

Re: Dark Matter
I signed up and have been in there a couple of times.Ambersonian wrote:Do you guys ever come to the chatroom during DM? It would be nice to have a few more normal JA/Dave fans to chat with...(Here's the link if you dont know: http://6767mafia.ning.com/)
I had a lot of fun posting links and chatting this week.
My only complaint is it goes so fast that if I don't keep my eyes on it I get lost.

I like it though and I think it's a nice accompaniment to the show.
I'm not sure I fit in with the "normal JA/Dave fans" although I'm trying.

You did so well Mike, it was hilarious trying to squeeze just one more question in for poor Dave
...can't blame you really and he always seems cool with it. Will try and make it into the CR next time.
You have an awesome site here btw

Hi Sojourner, welcome to the site and thanks for the kind words.Sojourner wrote:You did so well Mike, it was hilarious trying to squeeze just one more question in for poor Dave...can't blame you really and he always seems cool with it. Will try and make it into the CR next time.

I love Dave and I'm happy to talk with him on his terms.
I'm a nerd when it comes to Jane's and I really enjoy getting to ask Dave questions.
I try and get in as many as I can and some of his answers will be used to update the site.
As much as I like talking with him on Dark Matter I would love to sit down with him for a cup of coffee sometime.
He has a great recollection and he seems to have fun talking about the nerdy stuff that interests me.
I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Perry, Eric, and Perk last Summer and I really loved it.
Hopefully someday a chance to do the same with Dave will present itself.

btw do you or anyone know if you can go further back than 10 shows on the podcasts? I came in late last year on DM but did get to hear a few Spread broadcasts when Dave would play all kinds of cool shit. Did you get to hear any of them? Thanks for your efforts

If there's a specific show anyone is looking for that's not in that archive ask for it in the BCS section.
I know there are a few folks here that have pretty much every show Dave has done and if you ask them nicely they'll share.
