Perry: Well, I don’t know what you can do about Capitol Records they’re pretty screwed up. The guy who was the President they finally got rid of him. So that’s a step because he was just running everybody into the ground. I don’t know who they’ve got there now but these guys are operating at a loss everyday. I think all they’re trying to do is unload their catalog to somebody else. They’re trying to sell their catalog off but their price is too high. I don’t know what you can do as a fan or a patron.

Mike: OK. I was just curious.

Its God awful because we were just so high and so terribly stung out that none of us could play very well. It was only… we were practicing on a cassette that’s how long ago this was. You know he wants me to record and finish… do more Porno stuff. I would get together with Pete at a certain point and absolutely do that

Your question was inadvertently asked / answered.
If you read the second to last part of the interview I posted you'll see.
Bottom line is they have Pro Tools setup on the tour bus and can / will do some recording.

Mike: As long as Etty is standing right here maybe she can chime in on this next question too. How has marriage and raising a family changed you as a person?

Perry: I think I’m a lot more… she might laugh but I think I’m a lot more considerate of the people around me, obviously accountable. You know I was a happy heathen back in those days and I never thought about anybody else. I just liked to party and do my thing and now that I’ve got children you can’t do that as a good parent. But now I’ve clicked in about Fatherhood... I feel that being a great Father is as exciting and important and if you can do that you can feel so good as a man. As good as when you were chasing down girls and had all the girls and all the dope that you wanted... that’s fantastic but after a while I mean it’s unbecoming of a man who’s like that for the rest of his life. You want to have children and you want your kids to grow up. You want them to be awesome kids, and be contributing adults, important people to the World. Then you see the World and you really fall in love with the World once you come out of your haze. The World is so beautiful and you want to protect that. You want to live in harmony with nature and pass it on to your kids and things like that. I think those are actually much bigger, bigger… they’re bigger things to try to accomplish in your lifetime than simply just running down girls. Running down girls is good but man when you come to you come to find out it’s kind of nasty to always be with a different girl every single time. When you find someone that you fall in love with that you can depend on and share laughter with and share sadness. Tonight I was feeling sad I will admit to you because I’m run down as you can hear because we’ve been running hard. We’re on our like forth day in a row and we have two more shows. Five shows in a row is a very, very hard schedule and I always want to do good shows for people. Etty kept coming up to me and holding me and saying “Are you OK?” I didn’t want to let her know but she obviously knew that I was weary. Those things are magic. You have a person there that can heal you. Really the ambition for a man is to find a mate and then make a family and have a great family. Your family… you can stand by each other and you can watch each other go through life and watch and see their victories and support them. Then they can do things for the World too you know as well. We can all have fun on vacation and have great intimate times too but you become very powerful in that support system. It feels a lot better at my age then just being you know a doper. I like dope but you can’t do it all the time. (laughing)

Mike: (laughing) OK. I’m happy... I know I’ve told you this before but I’m happy that you found Etty.

Perry: Yeah.

Mike: She seems like she takes real good care of you.

Perry She does. She does.

Mike: That’s just an awesome thing.
