I'm wondering if there is a crop of fans who are a bit younger than me that got turned on to Porno first and didn't really get much into JA until around the relapse. That comes w/o any judgment, I think it just shapes perspective and thus has a long-lasting impact.

No. I know the Jane's Addiction from long time. I like them but not big fan as some. When the Pyros came I love them. They have the better sound. Peter Distefano do more acoustic, more wah wah, more effects, more dimension. Stephen Perkin use variety drum sound less rock more eclectic. Pyros have the more eccentric and taste for art.

Comparing Jane's to Porno is like comparing apples to oranges.
While they're both fruits they taste very different.
Both are very good but they satisfy the pallet in their own way.

The body suits gotta go......Foo Foo up with less fem'd out threads...Even Plant with his golden locks and girly blouses...fingers twirling...didnt rub me as weird...Perry rocked some whacked shit that looked great at the time...I alwayz loved Page's poppy suit....Im cool with stage threads.....My tee shirt and jeans moment has moved on..I the circus ...relapse Perry was fun

You have got to be kidding me. First of all there are no P4P sessions tapes, period. Second, Etty couldn't give a rats ass about Porno For Pyros anymore than Perry does. I wouldn't say she is a friend of the fans at all. If you pay attention to Married To Rock its clear she's only looking out for #1.
