Mmhh... i love electronics but synthpop - that's not my style.
I read now he has worked with Moby, The B-52's, Stereophonics and Goldfrapp... so yeah could be, but i'd like to ask cicatrix where he did get the info.

UMMM.. Wrong Andy Bell, guys.
Andy Bell was the guitarist/songwriter for the 90s shoegaze band Ride.. and is better known today as the bassist/songwriter for an obscure band called Oasis.

Facebook, chum. It's kinda annoying i know, but handy for such tidbits.
I too wondered which Andy Bell it was, but presumed it was the guitarist 'cos Perry "needed a guitarist".
He collaborated with Moby and Paul Van Dyk on a cover of Lou Reed's "Walk On The Wild Side". I haven't heard about the others, but The B-52s sound particularly intriguing. I could imagine them doing cool kids music for Kidzapalooza...
