Hydro girl you are so right on:) i always say to look at his eyes and you can see the godlike glow emanating from them. They say so much without saying a word. . . Although i fell in love with him because of his words. He's mystical and magical and reins over us true followers:) you know i think he should start the Perry Parish. . . Lol. . . We'd be the first members for sure! Lol I know that sounds silly but i'm serious:)

i have always noticed perry's glow, too. i would always say to people,
''look at perry, he's glowing!'' they didn't see it at first but i could tell right away if he was happy/sad/mad, things like that. if he was in a great mood, i could always tell instantly. he just radiates 'this glow'.

if perry would have married me, i would be so, so attentive to him. his every wish would be my command...oh, perry. truly one of the most beautiful men to ever walk the earth. he's gorgeous.
much love to you perry.

Perry is ethereal. He is the manifestation of all that is and all that might be. When you look at him the awareness of the spiritual realm is palpable. His aura is the most magnificent coming from within, flowing out to surround him in a swirling glow of colors! I only talked about his eyes in my first post. I completely forgot to talk about his aura. He is beautiful and wise. He is here to bring us his words, music, art, and knowledge.. . Teaching so many lessons along the way to those that are wise enough to pay attention. I, like all of you, simply adore him.

 thats it :P !
Ive been reading about it today
Spirits
Also the beliefs related to spirits can explain many different phenomena too,[38] for example, the importance of storytelling, or acting as a singer, can be understood better if we examine the whole belief system: a person who is able to memorize long texts or songs (and play an instrument) may be regarded as having achieved this ability through contact with the spirits
The shaman knows the culture of his or her community well,[41][42][43] and acts accordingly. Thus, their audience knows the used symbols and meanings — that is why shamanism can be efficient: people in the audience trust it.[43] Such belief system can appear to its members with certainty of knowledge — this explains the above described etymology for the word “shaman”.[44]

which ties in what faerieb is saying

I know for sure that his spirit and music have touched me on a completely spiritual level, the same way some people find it in a church, or in a monastery, or even in some cults. The ENIT show in 97 was a purely out-of-body experience for me. I'd never experienced anything quite like it. And every Jane's show I've seen since has elevated me to a higher state of consciousness, with or without drugs and/or alcohol.

Music is a spiritual thing, always has been, always will be.

I agree with you. Everything he does is full of positive energy and let it flow in circle with the people around him.

I can't believe he's 50 and still has spountaneous fun as a 9y/o kid, singing dancing and jumping all over.

I don't know if it is meditations, but his best moments onstage looks like he's uplifting superior state of awareness merging with people.

A cause to validate everyone's life? Indeed.

gotta agree, can't think of any band I have been into where the singer has that kind of stage presence, then or now...
