I don't know Warped.
I saw them at some smaller venues last year and I saw them at Lolla.
I know it's personal preference but I had a good time at all the shows I went to and surely it beats not seeing them at all.

helicine and I were talking the other day and he brought up a good point about these shows.
He thought that it would be good time for the band to bust out some new tunes like they did in Japan in 2002.
I don't know that they will but there's a chance.

Better be a good song Mike to release it that way...That said I remember when Porno's blew porpoise head at woodstock...and to this day I still wanna hear that lil opera thing he threw in ...on the album..so I guess..rock it ...like Pete is always talking about...what does he call it...kinda edge? almost shooting off the rails.. danger jams...This is really a fun time...Im starved for sum Janes style music

Well, maybe i am too old for big venues - i just can't enjoy the band when i am 100 miles away from them. The one time i saw Jane's i was 2 metres away from them and for me that's what it is all about especially with a band like Jane's. Same goes for Soundgarden or Placebo, i saw both in pretty small 400 - 1000 people venues and it blew anything away. I don't want to see that on big monitors on festivals with people who don't even know where is on atm..

Hey you can't say you're to old because I'm older than you.
I do understand what you're saying though.
I'd love to go back to '88 - '90 to see a show again because you still had room to move.
Not that anyone wants to see me dancing or anything like that.

I don't think we'll ever get back to the time where they were playing venues that small again.
We'll get the one off shows like they did in L.A. back in '08 & '09 but sadly those will never be the norm again.
About the best we can hope for is a theatre tour.
I was lucky enough to make it out to three of these last year and left pretty damn happy.
