JA.org's west coast excursion

Post by helicine »

Well, Mike and I head back home today. Amazing doesn't feel like a strong enough word to describe this trip. We're going to do a full write up for the front page and try to cover everything. Truly an exciting time.

Thanks hydro.
I was thinking of you and I said hello for you.

The travels home started off interestingly.
LAX pulled me when they thought the recording gear I had was a bomb.
I thanked them for stopping me and watched as they checked the gear for explosive residue.

Thankfully they missed this explosive recording and sent me on my way. :P

I love analog but in this instance I'm just using the rig that a friend loaned to me.
I wish I had a dat with the proper cables though because if I did we might have a different type recording.

I will emancipate this as you so put it just as soon as I get it transferred.
I made an attempt to checkout the levels earlier today but I have something hooked up wrong or something.
I'm trying to figure it out now but this is my first time transferring something to this PC and I'm working out the bugs.

It'll be up in the Been Caught Stealing section once I get it's ready to go. :)
