5/23/07 Last Call with Carson Daily, Burbank, CA

Satellite Party played five songs to a very enthusiastic crowd on the outside stage of the Carson Daly show tonight. I went to the taping inside first (Adam Corrola and Andy Dick), and everytime the crowd warmer dude mentioned that we'd all be going outside in a bit to see Satellite Party, everyone went nuts.

They just keep getting better- I loved the Spaceland show but I think they sounded even better tonight. They played Kinky, Hardlife Easy, Only Love Let's Celebrate, Dogstar and Stop.

Ran into some people from the board too.

Andy Dick and Satellite Party? When Andy Dick is "on" he's one of my favorites. Who did you run into from the board? Any pictures?

Sounds like you had a good time and it's nice to hear you say that the band sound better.
I thought the Spaceland show was good but the more these guys play out the tighter they will be.

A reminder for everyone this will air June 12th-15th.

And thats not to say they didn't sound good at Spaceland- they are just tighter.

Nope, no camera allowed so no pics. I didn't want to get booted before they played!

I'll be sure to take pics at the Flash Mob on Sunday though.

Last night they did Wish Upon A Dog Star.
The band seemed more comfortable than they did last week on Letterman.
They sounded great!

I ran across this site while looking for video from last night's show.
It lists which songs the band will be doing the remainder of the week.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I've missed the first two nights... didn't realize Carson's show was only 25 mins, so I thought I had time to take a shower

Someone upload them to YouTube possibly? I guess they'll show up on the Last Call website soon anyway.
