It looks like a legit Warner Bros press release to me.
There's probably a review or mention of it in either the L.A. Weekly or L.A. Times.

I've seen the foldout bit before, but that particular voodoo doll doesn't ring a bell. Snagged the pix, I'll do some digging and get stuff added to the discog.
