what happened to Perry's next solo album announced?

I'm not 100% and this is only a guess on my part but I think Perry put it on the back burner to concentrate on Jane's.
They did release one single from it titled Applause For You but that's all I know of.

It looks like a song called "Perry Farrell" by Weird's War, but I am not sure...

I think the solo album WAS that EP with Applause for you.

Weird I never heard of this release before.
I did a little digging hoping to find someplace to give it a listen but came up empty.
