Hi everyone. Lesley in the UK here.

Is this site mainly for the people in the US? It's just that I'm heading down to Newcastle for the show next Thursday all on my lonesome, wondered if I could maybe meet up with people.

Hit a bit of a dilemma, too. Getting the train down from Perth on Thursday afternoon which is fine, however, railway signal guys are supposed to be going on strike on Friday in Scotland when I'm meant to be returning. Great!!!!!

The ironic thing is...Satellite Party are playing at a festival in Perthshire on the Saturday and will be heading in my homeward direction!!!! Aaarrrgghhhh.

Hey Lesley... over at xiola.org, a few folk have mentioned that they're making the trip to the toon. Have a look over there. Too far for me but not ruled out hitting Birmingham next week - they were ace in London so well worth it.

Wow, you're gonna maybe see them twice?!?!? Lucky thing. I am falling deeper and deeper in love with this album as each day goes by. I'm so nervous about going to Newcky myself, but these things have to be done, I guess.
