Hey Pastel, good question.
There's some good info here:

During the 2003 Jane's tour Perry had some kind of vocal effects unit in the box in this picture.

I'm not sure what it was or what he's currently using.

I only wish I could have been more helpful.
I'm not really schooled in all the equipment he uses.
