I was at the concert held at Mabel’s in Champaign Illinois on 02 DEC 1988. Was it Dave Navarro or Perry Farrell that wore blue dreadlocks and had nipple piercings then? Something cool happened that night and I have always wondered if it was with Dave or Perry. Thanks!

At this point in time neither Perry or Dave had blue hair. Perry’s was green and Dave’s was still it’s natural color. I hope this helps.
