I was looking through a fantastic flyer collection and found the following flyer for a Gene Loves Jezebel show from April of '86.

I'm 99.9% certain this is where David Thompson got this date for his book Saga of a Hypester.

As we now know Jane's did in fact open for Gene Loves Jezebel and The Clay Idols were also on the bill, but that show took place almost six months prior to the show this flyer is for.
