Any chance of pinning down the date/venue of that Nymphs show with Perry, Mike?

I've done some searching but thus far have come up empty on this one.intertwoven wrote:Any chance of pinning down the date/venue of that Nymphs show with Perry, Mike?
It's on my radar though and hopefully something will pop up.

I've been wondering for a long time what that was called.

btw, the little jam thing they do at the UCLA show between Three Days and Trip Away is a Devo cover tease called "Uncontrollable Urge".

For those who haven't heard it, the song Alright by the Nymphs is, in my opinion, the closest thing to Jane's from that era without actually being Jane's addiction. This is from a demo recorded in the mid-late 80's...

I found a review for the 12/31/1988 show last night that puts Jane's / Perry in the same room as The Nymphs.Mike wrote:I've done some searching but thus far have come up empty on this one.intertwoven wrote:Any chance of pinning down the date/venue of that Nymphs show with Perry, Mike?

I realize this doesn't mean that Perry got up on stage with them and sang but this is the only mention I've ever come across of the two bands being on the same bill.
