WTF? We figured they'd cut city - but Broken People too? Strange :headscratch:

Hopefully someone manages to get the video out and share it for everyone :thumb:

goddammit. If they do continue on with new material as a three-piece, they may as well just become mostly acoustic, with Perry and/or Dave on keyboards. And then, of course, the best idea of all, as others have said in the past, would be to have any combination of Flea, Peter, Mike, Chris, Carl play for them for shows, and perform Porno for Pyros songs.

Had I known it was only going to be a half hour show I'd of known there were going be some songs cut.
It's just a shame that the new song got the axe because I think it was good and fans would have liked to hear it.

I'm still bummed that City was cut.
I wish they would have let me record the audio so everyone could hear it because it was one of the coolest things I've ever seen the band do.

At first, when you said 30min, I couldn't believe it - but after revisiting what we recorded as the setlist, I guess I'm not as surprised. Still sucks that stuff got cut. I suppose it is a pipe dream to hope for a director's cut

You can describe this one the Broken People? It is like "My Time" ?
Acoustic Jane's Addiction jam is very good I believe yes. I like to hear this pure before a producer he change the song.

I gave my analog recording a quick listen the other day and it came out pretty good.
If a digital recording doesn't pop up soon I'll go ahead and transfer it and share it.

I really screwed up asking if it was OK to record this.
I mean I want to be respectful and everything seeing as we were invited down for the taping and all but I've got a feeling we'll never hear the songs that were cut and that sucks!

No it's not like My Time.
I went over this a bit in our recap of the trip to L.A. a while back.
The song it most reminded me of was Suffer Some and that was only because of the lyrical content.
You need to remember that I got to hear it both acoustic and electric.
Which way it'll be released is anyone's guess.
