The Eighth Annual moe.down will be held August 31, September 1 and 2 at the Snow Ridge Ski area in Turin, NY
-- While moe. regrets to announce that Ryan Adams & The Cardinals have canceled their appearance at moe.down for personal reasons, moe. is very proud to announce the addition of Perry Farrell's Satellite Party. Farrell, the former Jane's Addiction and Porno for Pyros frontman and Lollapalooza founder, is a welcomed addition to the moe.down lineup.
"We are thrilled to have Perry Farrell's Satellite Party on board for moe.down," says moe.'s Al Schnier. "Jane's Addiction was a huge influence when moe. first got together. Jane's had a unique way of taking heavy alternative music and making it very psychedelic. And of course, Perry's Lollapalooza was very influential on us. While moe.down is on a different scale & perspective, the vibe is the same - music, camping, vendors, non-profits, a kids tent & parade - all borne out of our experiences as fans of Lollapalooza."
Satellite Party's show was Saturday September 1st.
