the guy/girl had it at $5,000 months ago and i thought is was a typo. i tryed looking here to find out why they wanted so much for this

the text for the listing says something like "reasonable offers will be considered," so my guess is that they don't expect to get 3K for it but they do want a chunk of change offered. It might also be a way to get that chunk while working around eBay's cut since an offer for less would likely be made through contacting the seller rather than bidding.
