Apologies if this has been asked before [I'm brand spanking new to the Forums], but who is the guy who dresses up with the false belly etc throughout the video?

He looks so familiar, but I just can't place him and it's driving me nuts, so all comments gratefully received...

Have liked JA since this song came out and recently saw a clip of "Just Because" on a TV music station and was blown away.... thank you to JA for making the world a richer, more interesting place..

The guy in drag w/ the fake pregnant belly getup is not Perry. In full-on drag getup, he kinda looks like him - but you see the guy prepping. That guy is mostly bald. I'm drawing a blank on his name right now...
