The comments on Youtube for stop <grrrrr> One person suggested Perry was reading the lyrics. 
I absolutely LOVE the suspension girls. It's SO Jane's Addiction...seems almost wrong that this is just now something they are incorporating into their act.
Perry did sound a little hoarse/sick (Stop)..but the man hasn't really slowed down in months so who could blame him. The other songs sounds amazing.
