I feel sorry for Peter DiStefano, I really do. Ya I mean, like the guy is so cool and down to earth but everytime a reunion comes up he gets shafted ?!? So ya Jane's Addiction is back together, whoopee they broke up and regrouped so many times now its not even funny. Peter, though this man gets pushed aside into the Kidzapoolza stage for godsakes comeon he deserves sooooo much more! He puts out these awesome solo masterpieces that no one even knows about and his friend won't even contribute to them or help him promote, Jesus. He and Perry made such beautiful music together in the 1990's. He fucking worked his ass off for Perry and blessed him with his talents
Pete, honey we love ya darling.

I think Pete would be the first to tell you not to feel sorry for him.Lindsay wrote:I feel sorry for Peter DiStefano, I really do. I'd love to see Porno get back together at some point and put out another record and tour.
That doesn't mean I feel sorry for him though.
Every time Pete has played on the kids stage Perry has been there right next to him.
Pete does clinics with the kids too.
I remember in 2005 when it was 100+ degrees and Pete had a big smile on his face as he jammed with the kids.
Last year Pete joined Satellite Party during their set as well.
Pete also contributed on three of the tracks on the Satellite Party debut.
As far as Perry promoting Pete I don't know what you expect but every time I've talked to Perry about Pete he's had nothing but good things to say about him.
I've seen nothing but positive comments from Perry about Pete period.
And your wrong as far as Perry promoting Pete any way.
For one quick example checkout news section on the official Jane's Addiction web page.
I dunno why but I almost feel like I'm defending these guys.
One thing you're right about Lindsay.
Pete does keep putting out awesome solo records.

Well, from what Pete's expressed to me...he said he likes to fly under the radar...and he does it for the art...it's his outlet...regardless of record sales he will always be writing songs...it's in his blood...
