the recording that claims to be..
"12/19/1986 Lhasa Club, Hollywood"
..is actually the acoustic set from the Roxy 1-26-87 show.. correct??
Slow Divers*
My Time
Rock 'N Roll
Sympathy (Perry comes in early)
Jane Says
Kettle Whistle [cut] (Perry says they've only played it once before. Guitar is out of tune)
Chip Away
* there are 2 known live recordings of "Slow Divers".. one where Perry sings "you got a joint to sell me?" and the other where Perry sings "you got some dope to sell me?"
The "joint" version is from 1-26-87 Roxy (and was released with overdubs on Kettle Whistle). The "some dope" version is from 11/13/1986 Pyramid Club, Los Angeles (and was bootlegged on the cd Whole Lotta Love).
I think I got that right. yeah? Just trying to sort it out.

Confirmed: no

Setlist:
Suffer Song
Had a Dad
Idiots Rule
Show Information:
This is actually a Jane's Rehearsal with Ed Dobrydnio on guitar and Matt Chaikin on drums. The recording has been passed around, thus the listing here. The recording is roughly 18 minutes long.
I'm pretty sure it's not Ed and Matt, but actually Steve and Dave. Steve joined in mid Jan '86, right? Then Dave followed a couple weeks or so later. I think this rehearsal tape (said to be 60 minutes in full, though only these 18 minutes are circulating among fans) was Dave getting his feet wet and learning the songs.

Re: sorting out miscellaneous misinformation
Thanks guys for the info.
I moved this thread here when I started this section because I think this is a prime example of what we can accomplish if we work together.
As much as I like finding shows and the like I want to start putting that kind of energy into figuring some of this stuff out.
Maybe it will help to shake loose some recordings or perhaps initiate a trade or the like.
No matter what it should help to bolster the database.

The only thing I still want to do is make a note on the 12/19 show indicating that the recording that was previously thought to be from this date is actually from the 11/13/86 and 1/26/87 shows.
If you see anything that's still wrong other than that let me know.
I even got Erik to help me get the boots that are involved squared away.
