Re: Avery touring with Garbage again
I agree, its just a shame that the boys could not work it out...with Eric in, the new record/tour could have been so much better...such a waste of talent as a group.

Re: Avery touring with Garbage again
It's always easier to judge things from the outside looking in. I think both Eric and Perry could have probably eased up a bit to try and work things out, and try and see where the other was coming from. In the end, I guess it wasn't meant to be.
I saw EA in Detroit with Garbage back in '05 - and it was an incredible show. He was clearly having fun playing with the band, and they seemed to love having him there. So I see nothing wrong with that. I was already planning on catching them on when I can on this upcoming tour, so this just gives me a little extra incentive.

O shit...haha sorry heilcine, I didn't mean to offend you. Thanks tvrec for pointing that out. I didn't even notice.
I saw them live in 95', even hung out backstage with them. Yes, Shirley is good looking, but the music is just very average in my opinion.
Sorry again helicine.

I thought this was a sure thing when I read helicine's post on page one of this thread but I guess it wasn't so sure.
Eric tweeted the following earlier this evening.
