Avery touring with Garbage again

This is like a week old, but apparently Eric will be touring with Garbage again. Saw him w/ Garbage in '05 in Detroit - very badass show. Can't wait to see it. Might do the MI/OH thing again for that.

I missed him touring with them last time around but I like Garbage well enough that I'd go see them if they come around my neck of the woods.

I'm probably dreaming but wouldn't it be cool if they played Maybe off of Help Wanted?

Yeah, you're dreaming there. If I am remembering correctly, EA also played on Shirley's solo album... but that of course was never released and sounds like it has been shelved indefinitely.

I have more respect for Eric that he's doing the Garbage tour for a paycheck and to play with them again and to be happy touring instead of playing with Jane's and having to censor himself around Perry and be unhappy, not only creatively but personally. In Garbage, he's just the touring bass player. In Jane's he wanted to write new songs and try to keep the old Jane's vibe, but realized that Perry wasn't able to write that way any longer and didn't want to be a part of that in any way.
