I'm guessing that you can't just show up and be guaranteed to attend.

I'd be on it like white on rice if it was later in the day....I can"t swing noon, unfortunately. I've attended some of these events in past and they normally have sidewalk barricaded and you can stand and watch...I normally try to get there a few hours before, or bring a stool so you can see over people.
