Guitar Players: I need quick help with Ted

I cannot for the life of me figure out what chords Dave is playing during the first "...And then he came. Sister's not a virgin anymore".

I also don't completely know the fast part at the end.

If anyone can give me the chord name or point me in the direction of some tab, I would be forever grateful. All the "guitar" tab online seems to be for bass (incorrectly labeled as guitar) or just plain incorrect. I'm dying to know this song.

If i've posted in the wrong place, please move. I figured there would be a musicians forum.

Hey Justin, I play a little (if you can call it playing lol / I'm more of a hack) but will be of absolutely no use to you in this instance other than to suggest you contact Dave via twitter, or Dark Matter and ask him.

Dave's really cool as far as answering questions and may well help you.
