I have not read any good interviews with Perry in a long while. If you had the opportunity to interview Perry and ask him anything without limits, what would you ask him?
Here are some of mine:
what music having you been listening to lately. whats on your current playlist?
you have immersed yourself into the dance/dj culture in recent years. do you see a future resurgence of electronic music in the near future even as bands like the prodigy and chemical brothers have largely declined?
you have covered a lot of ground in music since the formation of janes addiction, what are your future goals in music and how do you define success?
your solo album was very experimental with various electronic styles covered. have you ever considered experimenting with other styles of music besides rock/techno?
what would it take for you and eric avery to make up and become friends again?
do you have demo songs in your catalog that never made it into officically released songs that you would be willing to release through a medium like itunes for your devoted fans?
you sometimes refer to buddist, jewish mysticism and indian concepts in your interviews. how have these concepts affected your life and music and which do you take the most from?
you mentioned connecting and merging with a great celestial source of energy in your description of the "satellite party" concept. would this concept be in any way related to the blissful states one can achieve through transendental meditation and yoga?
how has marriage and raising a family changed you as a person?
what kind of music does your wife listen to?
you once openly advocated the use of psychotropic drugs and experimentation. do you still believe drugs are beneficial and do you ever find yourself tempted to reenter that lifestyle?
have you ever done a candyflip (acid + mdma), and if so, did you have a good trip?
do you miss your friendship with timothy leary and what did you learn from him?
why do you think the concepts of mind expansion, free love back in the 60's failed in their promise to save humanity and its ills?
have you ever been abducted by aliens?
excluding "the wall" and "darkside of the moon", what is your favorite pink floyd record?
which tropical island in particular is your favorite place to vacation and why? do you still surf on a regular basis?
any chance of an autobiography in the future?

greetings and thanks a lot.
It is a chant like I thought.
I got a private performance of it backstage tonight after the show.

"The quality of mercy is not strained, it dropeth as the gentle rain from heaven."
