I looked for The Roots concert dates and couldn't find them playing on that date. esqfool was born and lives in St. Louis so maybe he can help, I emailed him.

esqfool's email response to me: I had a guy tell me about that. A dude who went to Wash U. Fucked up thing is that was like there students only party, so it wouldn't have been advertised in papers or shit. Basically only on campus and I'm not sure the public could attend unless a student there bought you a pass. I've seen a few mentions online. If it was at The Gargoyle which was this area where they host concerts. Then literally all it is, is this basement area of their student union that looked like an old cafeteria with a stage put in. I've seen a few shows there.
