Ultrapayloaded in retrospect

Farrell said, "My void was enormous." But out of the dumps grew the upbeat Ultra Payloaded, a spaced-out mix of headbanging rock and trippy electronica. Fergie, Thievery Corporation and Flea guest on the disc. "All my aspirations are coming true," says Farrell. "I'm working with amazing musicians to transform the world."
The name, the picture and press release. They make me think of music from outerspace and alien visitation from another planet. Two songs have this vibe he talk about just a little bit. "Mr Sunshine" and "The Solutionists(revolution solution)". Those songs are good. They have spacey atmosphere and heavy warped effects. The other nine songs, I donot listen to any of them. Maybe different producer and guitar master capture his vision better.

SP is good (Milky, Awsome, Dogstar,Woman) but mixes too many genres, too many guests and it's overproduced, just like it was "The more=The better".

New songs are more electronic and minimal (All The Way and Nasty Little Perv) and they already sounds better.
